About me

CAMIEL WELLING is a Gender-fluid medical doctor at the Amsterdam Trans Clinic, offering hormone and sexual health support for trans refugees and migrants in the Netherlands. In addition, Camiel is a board member of Pride Amsterdam and part of the international advisory panel of Aidsfonds. In 2024, Camiel was one of the delegates attending the UN Trans Advocacy Week at the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva, on behalf of GATE (Global Action for Trans Equality). Camiel is member of the Dutch Chapter of the Kiki House of Bodega, a Kiki house originating from Atlanta.
