"DEVELOPING LEADERS FOR SUSTAINABLE LGBTQIA2S+ ADVOCACY ACROSS SECTORS"
This transformative paneled workshop focuses on cultivating effective leadership within LGBTQIA2S+ advocacy movements that spans governmental, corporate, nonprofit and grassroots sectors. Participants will explore sustainable leadership models that prevent burnout while maximizing impact through collaborative approaches that bridge institutional divides.
Through expert facilitation, participants will:
  • Identify cross-sectoral leadership strategies that leverage diverse organizational strengths
  • Develop skills for building resilient advocacy networks that withstand political shifts
  • Learn succession planning techniques to ensure movement continuity
  • Explore innovative resource mobilization approaches for long-term sustainability
  • Practice navigating complex stakeholder relationships while maintaining community accountability
