About me

GLAAD is the world's largest LGBTQIA+ media advocacy organization. We work on the representation of LGBTQIA+ people in the media, ensuring fair and accurate representation, as well as the use of media as a tool for advocacy.

We work to elevate LGBTQIA+ stories to a national and international level, leverage influencers and celebrities to bring attention to causes, and build acceptance and understanding through storytelling in film, television, news, gaming, social media, tech, comic books, and music. Pretty much anything at the intersection of media and LGBTQIA+ advocacy.

I also am a Lutheran Deacon and have a strong interest in the relationship between religion and LGBTQIA+ community. Please speak to me about that.
