About me
Ose Ehianeta Arheghan is a Policy Specialist II in Google's Legal Department, specializing in compliance and data security and sits on the Youth Advisory Board for Born this Way Foundation. They have also proudly served as the Trans@Google New York City Co-Lead for the last year. A graduate of The Ohio State University, they hold dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Chinese and Political Science with a concentration in International Relations. From August 2023 to August 2024, Arheghan was our 12th UNA-USA Youth Observer to the United Nations, representing American youth at the 78th UN General Assembly, the 2024 ECOSOC Youth Forum, the 3rd and 4th FAO World Food Forums, and numerous youth engagement conferences and workshops both domestically and internationally. This August, Arheghan will represent the United States as a delegate to the Y20 in South Africa. Arheghan is a Harry S. Truman Scholar (’21), GLAAD 20 under 20 Rising Star (’20), Matthew Shepard Foundation Spirit of Matthew awardee (’18) and GLSEN National Student Advocate of the Year (’17).
