As founder and director of the nonprofit New Mind Health and Care, she provides free specialized behavioral modification services to individuals, families, and children affected by incarceration or criminal histories, addressing critical gaps in mental health support for justice-impacted communities.
With over 20 years of experience as a clinical mental health therapist and 10 years as a Federal Officer, Dr. Caldwell brings comprehensive expertise to her work developing evidence-based interventions. She created the ReFlight Curriculum for cognitive behavioral education and change, demonstrating her commitment to developing practical tools that facilitate meaningful personal transformation and community reintegration.
As sole proprietor of ReFlight LLC, a consulting firm specializing in behavioral and life coaching services, Dr. Caldwell helps organizations improve employee function, retention, and positive work culture development.
