Dr. Shane A. Westmoreland is a psychologist, nationally certified American Sign Language interpreter (NIC), and Co-Chair for the 2025 WorldPride Human Rights Conference. As Director of Program Development at SAW Interpreting | Training and Consulting, Dr. Westmoreland evaluates and provides consultation services to organizations implementing inclusive practices for Deaf LGBTQ+ individuals, with particular expertise in mental and healthcare accessibility.
